How do I Terminate (cancel) my account?

--If you wish to terminate (cancel) your account with WootHosting. You will need to fill out the form located at http://www.woothosting.com/TerminatingAccountForm.html. Any other forms of termination will not be acceptable (telephone, live chat, email etc.). You must provide WootHosting with notice of a termination at least seven (7) days before the end of your service term by filling out the Account Termination form. Any attempts to cancel by telephone, email, live chat, and/or our ticket system will be rejected and billing will continue until these instructions have been followed.
