Who owns my domain name?

--When registering paid domain names through WootHosting, the client (you) is the full owner of the domain. Domain registration is not eligible for a refund. However, since you are the full owner and in the unfortunate event that you seek hosting elsewhere, we will be happy to adjust your ‘nameservers’ to point to wherever you want.

Also, after we have completely cancelled your hosting subscription with us and your nameservers have been successfully pointed to your new host server. You will be given complete management access to your domain adminstration panel. Woot Hosting at this point will no longer administer your domain name and will not provide any support for the domain name in question. This whole process could take up 72 hours or more to complete.
