1 Rate Plans
Due to the nature of WootHosting services, promotions and
sale pricing are run on a regular basis, but are subject to
change and/or discontinued at anytime without notice. Normal
rates are subject to the possibility of change with prior
notice, however this will only happen in severe circumstances
(such as bandwidth supplier or server costs rapidly increasing).
In general user maintains their rate plan and are locked,
at the agreed cost when the user chose it, as long as that
user doesn't change to another plan and/or has service suspended
and /or deleted. Users may downgrade their rate plan for the
next billing cycle at any time and by requesting it through
WootHosting support via email. In such a case a request is
made during the current month in question, then a pro-rated
refund credit may be administered toward the next billing.
Note: This request must be made with-in the
first 15 (fifteen) day of his/her billing cycle. Otherwise,
no refund credit, if any will be administered toward the next
billing cycle.
2 Billing cycles
Billing cycles are determined based on the day customer begins
service and/or service is activated by us. Service begins
once the customer has paid and we have received and verified
payment for the first month of service and/or specified rates
or plan structure expressed, but not limited to any applicable
setup fees as defined in chosen plan details. Bill cycles
may be changed by contacting WootHosting customer support
if needed. In these cases, bandwidth and monthly service charges
will be prorated by a shorter than average bill cycle. Pro-rating
is based on a 30 day billing cycle.
3 Cancellation
User may terminate their service with WootHosting at any time
per notification to WootHosting customer support, however
payments to WootHosting are non-refundable, unless otherwise
specified. If user has paid and received by WootHosting for
a set amount of time outline in plan, but not 'limited to'
expressed in plan, the user may simply notify WootHosting
customer support and cancel at the end of that period pre-specified,
or if their is a circumstance where user requires immediate
termination of services. Accounts may only be canceled per
user request with verification, or if customer commits serious
or repeat violation of WootHosting policy and/or term and
conditions outlined with-in, WootHosting reserves the right
to cancel service in part or in whole on WootHosting staff's
sole discretion.
4 Billing
Payments are due by the start date of bill cycle. Users will
receive a bill at least 12 (twelve) to 14 (fourteen) days
in advance every month. Users who have paid for several months
at a time will receive a bill 12 (twelve) to 14 (fourteen)
days prior to their service term dead line. If an account
becomes 7 days past due, it will become subject to a partial
suspension (email may still run, however web services will
be suspended). If an account becomes 14 days past due, the
account may be fully suspended until payment is received.
If an account becomes fully suspended, a $15 reconnection
fee will be assessed at account restore date and all pass-due
payment must be received and verified for activation. In the
case of full suspension a new billing cycle will be generated
on account in question.
5 Disputes
If a customer has a dispute about his/her bill, it is the
users sole responsibility to contact WootHosting Billing Department
within 7 (seven) days from the date of the last bill with
disputed charges. Refunds will only be administered in the
form of credits toward hosting account next billing cycle,
or otherwise specified with-in.
6 Up-Time - Nature of Business
User acknowledges that due to type of service, 100% uptime
of all services is not guaranteed. WootHosting in general
will work hard to maintain a minimum of 99.9% uptime, and
WootHosting servers are in data centers with multiple backup
facilities in place and monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a
week, however 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely
event of large amounts of downtime adjustments may be made
on accounts in question, at WootHosting staff's discretion.
7 Bandwidth Usage
Users agrees that he/she will not exceed bandwidth usage for
users account plan specified in your account plan subscription.
If user does exceed this usage, user agrees to be billed and
pay overage amounts as defined within that users account detail
plan at the next billing cycle. Failure to pay overage charges
at the next bill cycle date, concerning in which overage occurred
may result in partial or complete suspension of account until
payment is received and verified. WootHosting reserves the
right to suspend in part and/or in whole for extreme excessive
overage at any time, at WootHosting staff's discretion. On
Cpanel servers, customers will be suspended, if they exceed
bandwidth limit usage, however user may be notified prior
to possible overage occurrance. This notification if any will
be sent to user via email when the service in question reaches
75% to 80% of the allotted service plan bandwidth. Users can
purchase a permanent or temporary upgrade, if needed at anytime
via WootHosting website, to avoid unnecessary overage charges
and/or fees.
WootHosting reserves the right with
prior notice to change these policies at anytime. WootHosting
will only make this necessary changes to better the quality
of our website and/or services, to increase security and/or
to ultimately enhance our services to better suit our customers
needs.
